Full Southern breakfast and all taxes and fees are included in the rate. Regular "Season" rates are in effect September 1 thru May 31, except for special events. Special Events are considered to be Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, Sugar Bowl, New Year's, Essence Festival, Final Four, Graduation Weekend, Parents Weekend, Major Conventions, and large group bookings, but the "Special Event" rates listed below may only be applicable to Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest bookings. Please call or e-mail regarding any "Special Event" rates for "event" stays that do not coincide with Mardi Gras or Jazz Fest dates. Cancellations must be made 30 days (60 days for special events) prior to arrival or you will forfeit your deposit and the room balance will be charged to you, unless we are able to rebook the room(s).
