New Orleans is known for its food and drink, and Maison Perrier is known for our breakfasts. Spend a few days learning the culinary secrets of the city with the New Orleans School of Cooking, our very own chef and Martin’s Wine Cellar. Plus, dine at three of the city’s special restaurants.

You will spend one morning at the cooking school and learn how to cook Creole favorites like Jambalaya, gumbo, red beans and rice. Afterwards, lunch on what you cooked. One afternoon, Maison Perrier will show you our secrets to praline French toast, apple puff pancakes or Creole potato casserole. A local wine expert will take you through a wine tasting one evening. During your stay, you will also get to experience (and critique) the food at three of New Orleans finest restaurants.
